Your day-to-day management does not change. Louise O’Hanlon, who has been with Block for more than five years, continues as your body corporate manager supported by The Strata Professionals team. Her direct knowledge of your building, your committee, and your community stays with you.
Your current service arrangements and fee structure will stay the same for the duration of your existing contract with Block. There is nothing you need to do and no disruption to expect. The only thing that will change is the name of the company, from Block Strata to The Strata Professionals Queensland.
