She owned andoperated her own real estate office in South Africa, giving her first-handunderstanding of the commercial realities of running an agency and theoperational demands that sit behind effective property management. Thatexperience — building systems, managing staff, and delivering results toclients across different regulatory environments — is not something that can betaught in a classroom.
With a careerspanning four decades, Jayne has developed an eye for the details that matter:the maintenance issue that will become expensive if it is left, the complianceobligation that should not wait until the next meeting, the communication gapthat erodes a committee's confidence in its manager. Her approach is to addressthese before they become problems, not after.
Jayne is also acommitted trainer and mentor. She is passionate about lifting the standard ofprofessionalism within the property management industry and invests significanttime in supporting and developing her colleagues.
