Louise O’Hanlon is a Senior Strata Manager at The Strata Professionals (Queensland). She is responsible for body corporate management services in Brisbane and nearby areas in Queensland. She brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in portfolio management, financial reporting, legislative compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Louise began her career at a well-established real estate firm in Brisbane. She managed a portfolio of 50 buildings and handled budgeting, levy administration, insurance, and compliance documentation. Louise moved to a specialist body corporate management firm. There, she grew her portfolio to 120 buildings. She was responsible for the full cycle of maintenance coordination, financial management, meeting facilitation, and insurance processes. In a subsequent role with a larger national operator, Louise managed about 200 complexes, handling annual general meetings, committee meetings, financial reporting, insurance claims, and stakeholder communications. She has built on that foundation through senior body corporate management positions in Brisbane. She has consistently taken on larger and more complex portfolios at each stage of her career.
Louise holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management and a Certificate III in Business. Her qualifications are underpinned by two decades of experience across Queensland’s body corporate legislation. This gives her a thorough knowledge of the regulatory framework that governs community title schemes in the state.
Louise has deep operational experience with portfolios of every size, from small complexes through to large residential communities. This gives her a practical understanding of the pressures committees face and the service standards they should expect. Committees working with Louise are working with someone experienced in all body corporate functions. Louise understands what it takes to keep buildings well governed, well maintained, and financially sound.
